CERTIFICATE OF GOOD CONDUCT FOR MALAYSIANS (POLICE CERTIFICATE)

     1.         Kindly register application online at e Consular at:   http://www.kln.gov.my

      2.         Kindly submit 3 sets hardcopy registered online (with transaction code) together with 

                  supporting documents to the:

                  High Commission of Malaysia at 10, Washington Avenue, Brooklyn,

                  Wellington 6021 (attn: Consular Section).

                Supporting documents for application:

                .    3 passport size photos

                .    3 copies of passport (detail, signature and valid NZ visa pages)

                .    3 copies of MyKad

                .    3 copies letter from employer/educational institute (offer letter)

                 (note: unemployed please provide self written letter to justify your application)

    3.      Supporting documents must be certified; photocopies are to be done on A4 paper, double 

             sided (do not cut). Documents can be certified at the followings options only.

4.         Processing fees in bank cheque/money order NZ$10.00 (as of Feb.2012)       payable to the High Commission of Malaysia (no cash or personal cheque will be accepted)

(The above compulsory requirements no.1 to 4 must be submitted to High Commission)

A.    Application by post.

            .     Expected processing time is between 2 to 3 months. Hardcopy will be sent to Malaysia once a month for processing.

            .     The certificate will be issued once approval is granted, kindly check status online.

            .     Provide two (2) self addressed prepaid envelopes, for acknowledgement and approval.

B.   Application presented personally at High Commission, Wellington

      .    The certificate will be issued within the SAME DAY process if applicant is personally present at the High Commission (with online transaction code) provided all requirements are in order.

            Sokongan/Akuan (declaration) can be processed and witnessed at the High Commission of Malaysia in Wellington only.

      .     Appointment is necessary and kindly call Consular Section telephone   04-3852439. (Please book your appointment with Consular Section BEFORE you book your flight/bus ticket to Wellington)

      .     Visiting hours   :    Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (except Public Holiday)

                                           :    Submission 0930 hrs to 1230 hrs
